3 Best Productivity Apps for iPhone
If you’re looking for the best apps to boost your productivity this article (and a video) is for you. I’ll share with you the 3 best productivity apps for the iPhone this year.
App #1: Notion
This is a super slick combination of Asana, Airtable, Trello and more all in one. Yes, Notion does exist. Notion allows you to keep your project organised in one place. And you can pick how you want it to be organised: either using a database (table), board view (Trello), gallery view or a combination of those.
You can switch between the views, embed videos, create to-do lists, keep notes for your studies, and work on projects with your team or manage your work with clients.
You can keep both personal and business projects over there. Which saves valuable time searching for things as everything is in one spot that is available from your laptop or mobile app.
App # 2: Tide
Tide helps you to stay focused. I think of it as a fancy version of a Pomodoro timer.
If you haven’t heard about the Pomodoro Technique (which helps you to be more productive every day) I have another video for you that will talk you through it.
I love this productivity app because you can use it to focus, meditate and sleep!
I usually use certain tracks to focus and certain tracks to meditate so I can get into the right mindset each time. And there is one track that helps me fall asleep.
App #3: Toggl
This is my newest addition and it has already drastically improved my productivity. I kept hearing good things about it but it wasn’t until I found out it was founded in Estonia (where I’m from) that I thought, that’s it, I’m going for it!
Toggl is a time tracker for everything you do. You can create projects under each client and see where you spend your time.
It’s super easy to learn how to use and gives you reports on all activities you log in.
The biggest aha moment came when I realized how much I ACTUALLY spend on each task. It was very eye-opening.
Try it - it will help you see where you spend your time.
Toggl comes in a handy app, online timer and a Chrome extension.
Have your own favourite productivity app? Leave it in the comments below this video and I’ll check it out.
